Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem der schönsten Strände auf der Insel Brac (Vela Luka ist 150 Meter von dem Haus in der Galerie zu sehen) Alphabetisierung, vor allem für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Verkehr und Lärm, umgeben von Pinien. Gegenüber ist ein 4-Sterne Hotel (Amor), in der Nähe der Sportanlagen (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Zentrum von Supetar ist ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang. Der Laden ist auch sehr nah an das Objekt selber. Die Appartements sind mit allem, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Er hat nichts außer brauchen, zu kommen und zu entspannen.
