Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Banjol oberhalb der Bucht II. Padova. Die Wohnungen sind neu und komplett ausgestattet, von der Wohnungsterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sv. Juraj und in der Ferne Cres, Lošinj, Pag und viele andere kleine Inseln. Der Strand ist sandig, für Kinder geeignet, 250 m von der Wohnung entfernt, 1200 m zum Zentrum oder 15 Minuten angenehmer Spaziergang am Meer entlang, und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit einer Taxibootfahrt. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Geschäfte, Einrichtungen für Kinder. Zusammen mit der Unterkunft bieten wir ein Begrüßungsgetränk und ein kostenloses Fischabendessen für Gäste, die länger als 2 Wochen bleiben. Alles, was Sie während Ihres Urlaubs brauchen, Bootsverleih, Arztbesuch, verschiedene Informationen über die Insel selbst, wenn Sie eine Panne auf Ihrem Boot oder Auto haben, sind wir für Sie da, um Ihr Problem so schnell und einfach wie möglich zu lösen. Im Garten hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Grill mit Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Trampolin für Kinder, das benutzt werden kann.
