A semmi detached house with two apartmant`s, each with 2+2 beds in two bedrooms. The house is new, in pine wood near a beutiful beach. The distance from the beach is 60 m. In this apartament offer is also included outside grill and outside shower. If you have a boat, we offer you a place where you can tie it, where it`will be secured. In the calm area of pine wood, you can get to the beach in few minutes, and walk or path that is around coast (there is a path that is around 3 km long). You can buy groceries in the village. The store is 400 m away from the house. The nearest restaurant is Skalinada and it`s 200m away. There are 4-5 beds in two bedrooms, bathroom that is in the middle of the appartament, kitchen with the dishes and this includes 50 m2. Outside is one terasse in front of the kitchen with a table where you can eat (15 m2), and the other one where you can rest, catch sun, or leave your kids to play (25m2). SAT TV, Air-condition and garage.Wi-fi included..We offer you a new studio apartment of 35 m2 with a terasse.
