La casa è composta da due camere da letto (A1, A2), e studi (A3) al piano terra. La casa è nuova in una pineta vicino alla bella spiaggia di sabbia Uday 60m. Appartamenti A1, A2 consistono ciascuna delle due camere da letto 2 + 2 posti letto (due letti singoli), se necessario, un letto supplementare. Gli appartamenti si trovano al piano terra, con cucina, bagno e terrazza coperta per pranzo e zona salotto e un altro terrazzo per i bambini e prendere il sole.
